More comparisons for verifying each other
I could go into detail and write a whole page of blabber about how complicated and time consuming to create such comparisons with the best possible precisions, but I won’t bother, it’s a stupidly long process if you’re serious, and if you’re not searious, you get more false results and bigger ranges of diffraction from the theoretical best. Wheel rims and rear wing endplates were used for proportioning refererences. You cannot use the whole wheel with the tyre, because it has flexible dynamics, can be in very different size-state.
Amongst the big teams it’s still the McLaren which rules in wheelbase; McLaren > Red Bull > Renault/Ferrari > Mercedes

A Ferrari jó videókat csinál és egyre többet. Az eredmények a blogomban is felbukkannak. Köszönet nekik érte! Úgy érzem a Ferrari is kezd egyre jobban kinyílni és fejlődni, hogy egyre többet nyújtson a szurkolóinak és nem csak a szurkolóinak, hanem az F1 kedvelőinek.
Én úgy veszem észre, hogy a csapatok igyekeznek egyre jobban kiszolgálni a szurkolók igényeit. Egyre több figyelmet és pénzt fordítanak a videókészítésekre is. Egyre több ‘bennfentes’ képet közölnek (persze ebben is vannak kiemelkedő csapatok és olyanok akik hátul kullognak, is azért komoly IP-t és titkokat nem adnak ki nekünk, de valamennyire igyekeznek kielégíteni a kíváncsiságunkat és betekintést engednek a csapat életébe), egyre aktívabbak a közösségi platformokon keresztül is. Persze mindez saját hasznukra is válik, de korábban, évekkel ezelőtt ‘le se pottyantottak’ bennünket ilyen téren és zárkózottabbak, titkolózóbbak voltak, a nagyközönség fel és.
Például nem rég volt a Ferraritól egy nagyon hosszú videó a fejlesztés, tervezés metódusainak szurkolók számára ismertetéséről. Érdekes volt, és az is, ahogy a nagy dizájn és aero górékhoz odanyomul a stáb és kicsit feszélyezettek, mert először forgatják őket ekkora közönségnek, mert ugye azt jól tudják, hogy mekkora szurkolótáboruk van és mekkora figyelem kíséri az F1-et és a Ferrarit. De a végére belelendültek. Látszik, hogy a Ferrari is belevág ebbe a kinyílásba a közönség felé. És ezzel szerintem kapcsolódik is az, hogy az F150 orrára is került Ferrari.com banner, elég prominensen.
Vagy ott vannak pl. a csapatok Live Timing és telemetria app-jai, amit már elkezdett néhány csapat.
Ezek szerintem nagyon pozitív és számunkra (is) kedvező fejlődések, de például a FOM összefoglaló videókba is egyre több figyelmet és pénzt fektetnek és egyre profibbak (persze a szezonzáró futamé gyenge lett, de egyértelműen azért, mert ‘gyakornokok’ csinálhatták, míg a csapat profibb része a szezon-összefoglalón dolgozott keményen az FIA Gálára, és meg is lett az eredménye).

Nézzük csak ki is következik hétfőn, Team Lotus, Sauber és Lotus Renault GP. Az LRGP-nek van egy teaser videója, nagyon jó lett, meg kell nézned, ha még nem láttad! Black to the future, zseniális szlogen.

Miről is van szó? Arról, hogy a versenyzőknek az idei szabályok miatt annyi kapcsolgatós és egyéb teendőik lesznek az autóban, hogy az már abnormális elvárás és nem biztos, hogy teljesíthető, bizonyos helyzetekben, amire Costa kitér.
Majd kiderül. A dologról tárgyalás folyik a TWG-vel, vagyis a technikai munkacsoporttal és szimulátorokban is elemezgetik.
Ennyit mára. A mclarenesek meg ma láttak valamit egy félrevezetően vagy félreérthetően és rejtélyesen illusztrált 26-osról szóló cikk és F1Technical.com téma-felturbózás folyamán. Legalább volt miről témázni és poénkodni. Olyanok vagyunk mint az eltévedt, kimerült és szomjazó vándorok egy hatalmas sivatagban. Délibábokat és ‘oázisokat’ látunk mindenhol…
Még 6 nap vándorlás ebben a sivatagban…

Car launch schedule – updates
Changes:
Williams F1: “Williams would like to confirm that it will debut its 2011 race car on day one of the Valencia test on Tuesday 1 February.”
The car will not feature the final livery yet. An official launch will be announced at a later date.
Sauber Motorsport has changed its schedule. The presentation programme will start with 15 minutes earlier, at 11:00 CET.
